I love when I find the perfect sentiment already in a stamp. It makes card making simple, and helps create a card that is just right for the person I want to send it to. This masculine card has just the right amount of teasing fun!
Read MoreI used to own a 1966 Mustang coupe. It was Tahoe Turquoise, and I loved it. When spring arrives and all the old classic cars hit the road again I really miss having it. Since I was playing with the Classic Garage Suite, I decided to make one with my car on it
Read MoreI have spent some time playing with the Classic Garage Suite. I got this a few months ago, and used it for our Girls Get Away Weekend in January, (see the card we made here), but I haven’t used it much since and it was calling to me.
Today’s card could be used for Father’s Day (if you are really organized and want to make one now!), or for Dad’s birthday, or any time you want to let your Father know you think he is great.
The Stampin’ Up! challenge this month for #simplestamping is a birthday card. We can use stamps, ink, paper, and DSP.

Read MoreHave you noticed how so many hand made cards have a ‘feel’ to them? Some feel homey, some feel cozy, some feel fancy and others are bright and sun shiny. To me, today’s card feels like winter freshness.
Read MoreI love to make and share Welcome Packages. I use these to introduce my stamping business to new people. In the package I include a note about upcoming classes, my business card, a little treat, and a card they can send to someone special. I needed more cards for these packages, so I stamped a bunch of birthday cards.

It wasn’t a milestone birthday, because they figured that would never surprise her, but it is always fun to celebrate your special day, no matter what the age. Here is the birthday card I made for her.

Read MoreMy brother’s birthday is in early November, and my sister’s birthday is a couple weeks later. I wanted to make special cards for both of them, so I decided to make my brother’s card sparkle.
Read MoreMy card the other day used some of the Country Lane DSP, and a sentiment from the Contry Home stamp set, both part of the Country Lane Suite in the Holiday Catalogue. If you missed that card, you can see it here. Today my card uses some of the other stamps in the Country Home stamp set. It is a fantastic set with some great stamps that have a real down home country feel.
Read MoreToday I have another card I made using the Delightfully Detailed Memories and More cards. The large cards are 4 x 6 inches in size, so they are bigger than you need for a regular card front. You can use the Memories and More Cards and Envelopes, but I decided to use a regular card base. I just trimmed it to 3 5/8 x 5 1/8 to fit my card base and that gave me an extra piece to use to add a border to my greeting piece.
