Clean Up Friday, Memories and More

If you follow my blog, you have seen recent posts of cards made using the Delightfully Detailed Memories and More card pack. For Clean Up Friday I have one more, made with the piece I trimmed off one of those cards. You can see that post here if you missed it.

I have been playing with the Tropical Escape Suite so i decided to use the flowers from the Tropical Chic stamp set along with the Tropical Thinlits. My colour scheme matches the Memories and More card piece, picking up the Mint Macaron and Grapefruit Grove dots, with Blackberry Bliss for my backdrop. To get two colours on my flowers I inked it with my Grapefruit Grove ink pad, then wiped the ink off the stamens. Then I coloured them using a Mint Macaron marker. After I stamped it, I coloured the centre of the flower with my marker. My greeting is from Itty Bitty Greetings, and I punched it out with the Classic Label punch to layer on my background piece. I added some 1/8” Grosgrain Ribbon in Grapefruit Grove to finish it off.
