Read MoreAs life slows down, I have been spending more time watching the birds that come to visit at my feeders. As I write this, I can say today was definitely Woodpecker day at the feeder. I had both Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers come to visit. We have seen Pileated Woodpeckers in the trees behind the house, but they are too big to eat at my feeder!!

Another sign, and one that I prefer, is that all sorts of birds have returned from their winter down south and are coming to my feeder.

The stamp set Free As A Bird has wonderful sentiments along with lovely line images perfect for colouring. If it isn’t a colouring kind of day though, you could just use the line image for a card, or you could get some coloured birds from the pretty Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper, as I have done!
