Good Friends

A good friend is truly a gift. I have a number of really good friends, and I am grateful for each and every one of them. They enrich my life, make the tough times easier, and the good times fantastic. I am simply thankful for them.

I used the Special Someone stamp set and coordinating Special Day Dies for my card. I love these little animals. These two are clearly pals, and the squirrel has flowers for the raccoon to show how thankful he is!! I stamped the two animals and flowers, then coloured everything with my Watercolour Pencils. I blended the colour with an Aqua Painter.
My background Designer Series Paper is from Garden Lane, mounted on a Soft Suede mat and Mint Macaron card base. The sentiment on my card is from the Country Home stamp set, but I didn’t want the whole sentiment. I decided to stamp the sentiment, then fussy cut the words I wanted.
I added Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to the flower centres.
