Happy Birthday With Lots of Cake

I created this lovely cake by stamping my image twice with Memento Black Ink. I only needed one full image, and one image of the flowers, so it didn’t matter that the second one was incomplete.

I used my Light and Dark Stampin’ Blends in Seaside Spray, Mint Macaron, and So Saffron, and Light Smoky Slate to colour the cake, the stand, and the flower decorations.
I coloured the just the cake and stand on the full image, and just the flowers on the partial image.
Then I cut them both out, using the fantastic new coordination product dies, Birthday Dies. These dies make cake decorating so easy!

I cut lots of layers of coordinating card stock, embossing my Seaside Spray backdrop with the Subtle Embossing Folder.
I used dimensionals to pop up the sentiment banner and the flower decorations.
