Love Is Everywhere

Valentine’s Day is coming and love is everywhere. Today I have a great Valentine’s Day card that uses less tradional colours.

I used the Heartfelt stamp set for my card. Using 2 of the heart stamps I made my own background design stamping in Blamy Blue and Merry Merlot.

My focal point is another heart stamped in Balmy Blue, with the sentiment stamped right over top in Merry Merlot. It is easy to get perfect placement for this as this is a Photopolymer stamp set. I punched the heart out using the coordination ruffled heart punch from the Heart Punch Pack.

I layered this hear on Merry Merlot and Balmy Blue. The heart is secured with dimensionals to give it a little lift and add more dimension.
I wanted this card to be suitable for a male, so I didn’t add any sparkle, gems or ribbon, but you could easily add more embellishments to step it up further if you wanted.
Love is certainly everywhere with this this card!
