Wild About FabFriday

I love participating in different challenges. They are great for getting the creative juices flowing, and help you create outside your ‘regular’ crafting box! The FabFriday challenge right now is a colour challenge. Here is the card I made.

I started with a Pacific Point card base, and a layer of Bermuda Bay that I had embossed with the Layered Leaves embossing folder. I wanted to use the Animal Outing stamp set, and decided to make a Pineapple Punch hippo. I used the dark and light Pineapple Punch Stampin’ Blends to colour the hippo, and the Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Write marker to colour the little bird. I stamped the sentiment from Animal Outing in Pacific Point on Pineapple Punch card stock, and cut it out with one of the Stitched Nested Labels dies. I added the hippo with dimensionals.
