Love The Scraps

Every now and then you have to show some love to your scraps. Last week I shared some cards made with strips of cardstock, but what about when you have little bits? Today I have some cards made with 1 1/4 inch squares of Designer Series Paper, another great way to use up scraps.

Here is where we started.

Once you have your pieces your are ready to craft!

You will need 8 squares that are 1 1/4 inch in size. Add to that a 2 1/2 inch square piece of cardstock and a 2 1/4 inch square of Basic White for you image and/or sentiment and you are all set.

I have used DSP for all my cards, but you could also use embossed cardstock to show off different textures, or a mixture of both.

For this card I put the DSP squares down the left side, and put the image and sentiment piece on the right side. You can arrange the pieces however you like!
