Fall Harvest

At our last Mystery Stamping event I shared some Autumn cards. While Fall is not my favourite season, the traditional fall colours and gorgeous patterns in the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper makes you fall in love with it.

I had been chatting with some crafting friends and we got talking about our card style. I suggested that my style is relatively simple, they challenged me to make a ‘busy’ card. Lots of colour, and layers, papers and stamping. This is one of the cards I made for that mystery challenge.

The second card I made landscape rather than portrait. This layout works both ways, giving you lots of flexibility.

We always have a great time at Mystery Stamping. I love to see all the different ways everyone creates using exactly the same pieces.

It reminds us how changing colours and patterns and where you place the pieces can help you create completely different cards.
