You Did It!

One of the great things about being a team leader is that you get to celebrate the success of your team members. I love doing something special for someone when they accomplish something special.

I recently had a team member promote from Bronze to Bronze Elite - woohoo! That means a bigger discount for her and more earnings on everything she and her customers order from Stampin’ Up! It is a move upwards, and I wanted to send a special card and gift to show her how proud I am of her accomplishment.
