Simply Elegant

The Simply Elegant Specialty Designer Series Paper is elegant and rich. With lots of copper, gold and silver foil, it creates a stunning look for your cards and paper projects.

The foiling is on one side of the paper, and there are lovely patterns on the other side that don’t need any foil to be beautiful. The Basic Grey with Basic Black dot squares is one of my favourite patterns in the whole pack.

I used a piece here to create a backdrop for my red fox that is from the Nature’s Beauty stamp set. I stamped the fox with Cinnamon Cider ink, which is set off beautifully by the copper in the SDSP. The background piece is embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder which adds a bit of texture without overpowering other elements of the card.

Ever wonder what to do with some of the little strips left over after you have cut larger pieces for other projects? Here is a great way to use them, and show off a bunch of different pieces of this Specialty Designer Series Paper. I laid my strips in an almost random pattern on my cardstock, and added a big sentiment from the Beauty Of Friendship stamp set that is made with Gold Embossing. Some Gold Metallic Pearls, and this card is ready to shine for anyone you send it to,
