Sending Love - Scrapbook Layout

It’s February and I am inviting everyone to Share Love this month. If you are a paper crafter it is easy to share love with the people you care about. You can send a card or create a 3D item, or why not work on a special scrapbook page to fill with pictures of times you have shared.

I created this easy layout from the January Paper Pumpkin Kit. The kit was to make cards, but the supplies are great for all sorts of projects, and these pretty colours called me to scrapbooking! The colours in the kit include Poppy Parade and Petal Pink, and the stamp set in the kit has some great images and sentiments, not just for Valentine’s Day, but for Sharing Love at any time.

I used the Playful Alphabet Dies to cut out letters for my title in Poppy Parade and Basic White cardstock. My triangle corners are from one of the card bases that I cut apart. The mailbox is a card front, and the Love, red & white hearts, and little hearts and flowers are stamped in Poppy Parade using stamps from the kit stamp set. I plain Poppy Parade pieces are an envelope that I cut.

I love the heart stamp, filled with little hearts, and it works perfectly with our Heart Punch Pack punches.

The second page of my layout uses the other card base for the triangle, and the gold heart card front from the kit. The Love punch out is also an embellishment from the kit.
