Fall Is Coming

The days are still lovely, but the nights are cooler, and you can feel that Fall is just around the corner. With that, I often turn my colour choices for cards to oranges, greens, browns, golden yellow, and others that remind us of nature’s beauty as the leaves turn colours.

The Country Home stamp set has some wonderful images for making Fall coloured cards, so I used that today, for the card I made for the Global Design Project sketch challenge. Here is the banner with the sketch.

I needed an anniversary card, so after I stamped my image and coloured it with my Stampin’ Write markers, I selected a sentiment from the Well Said stamp set.
Stampin’ Up! has many great colouring tools that give different results depending on the look you want. I wanted my colours to be bold, so I used the Stampin’ Write markers in Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow and Teracotta Tile.
It’s not quite Fall yet, but this card certainly reminds me of the season that will soon be upon us.
