A Well Said Happy Birthday

If you are looking for a great Go-To sentiment set, Well Said is sure to hit the mark. It has all sorts of words you can put together to create a unique greeting, along with some phrases that are wonderful. There is also a coordinating die set called Well Written. Together you can say almost anything! I used the Happy and Birthday from the stamp set for my card today.

My inspiration for this card, and the layout came from the Global Design Project Sketch Challenge. Here is the sketch.

I started with a Whisper White canvas, so my Grapefruit Grove and Blueberry Bushel would really ‘pop’. I love both these colours, and this was a great chance to show them off. My greeting is stamped on a Stitched Nested Label that I trimmed the top off.

I used Grapefruit Grove and Blueberry Bushel 1/8 inch Grosgrain Ribbon for my stripes, and added some Metallic Silver Pearls to dress the card up a bit, but I like the look of lots of white space for this one.
