Heirloom Thoughts

I’m back with another Designer Series Paper focused card. If you want to create beautiful handmade cards, using DSP for your backdrop is a great way to create cards easily. Today I used some DSP from the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper.

My card celebrates three of the beautiful new In Colours, Rococo Rose on the DSP, along with Seaside Spray and Purple Posy card stock. I started with a piece of 3 ½ x 4 ¼ DSP, layered on a piece of Purple Posy card stock. I mounted all that on a piece of Seaside Spray card stock, embossed with the Swirls & Curls embossing folder, and a Purple Posy card base. My sentiment is from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set, stamped in Seaside Spray, and cut with the Stitched Rectangle dies. I used some of the Woven Threads Sequins to add some sparkle and shine to finish off my card.
