It’s a Suite Week

Okay, I admit I may have a small (or not so small) infatuation with the Come Sail Away Suite right now! Let’s just call this Come Sail Away Suite week, and then it all makes sense. Have I mentioned I can justify anything??

Anyway, I have used this suite again today for my card for the Global Design Project challenge.

This is the banner for the challenge for this week.

You will have to give me credit, I didn’t actually use the stamp set on this card . . . at least not on the front, but decided instead to showcase some of the other items from this fabulous suite. The Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper has lots of great sailing and sea worthy designs, along with some lovely striped pages. The background for my card is from the DSP, and my little boats were punched with a 1 inch circle punch, mounted on layering squares cut from Terracota Tile card stock. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings, and cut with one of the dies from the Smooth Sailing set.

I just couldn’t leave my card without using one of the stamps from the Sailing Home stamp set, so I added the smaller sailboat to the inside of my card!
