A Great Big Happy Birthday

I have a great big Happy Birthday wish for the Case This Sketch challenge. I used bold colours and made my greeting big and filled with good wishes! Here is the card I made.

I am still playing with the Sailing Home stamp set, and loving all the different images and cards you can make. I used Real Red for the lighthouse, as I associate red with them, from one I used to visit as a child. I stamped the lighthouse, and cut it with the coordinating Smooth Sailing dies. I used the straight rope die to cut a ‘ribbon’ to go under my sentiment. I stamped my sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthday stamp set in Real Red, on Seaside Spray card stock. I used the sentiment die to cut it out, and also cut one in Night of Navy to create a border piece.

I added some Real Red birds for a little interest in the background, and finished it off with a Clear Rhinestone for the light in the lighthouse.
