We all know it will happen, and it is the circle of life, but losing a pet is difficult. Our four legged friends are an integral part of our family, with their often quirky antics and loving ways. Recently a friend of mine lost her cat Scruffy. I can’t change that, but I can send her a card to let her know I’m sorry for her loss and I’m thinking of her.

She has been a demonstrator for many years and has lots of great experience and ideas. She openly shares these with us, along with research she has done on each topic.
Recently she lost her son, a devasting but very real life event. I wanted to make a sympathy card for her. Something simple that would let her know that at a terrible time there were people that wanted to support her.
If you follow my blog, you know that I am in love with the new In Colour Grapefruit Grove. It is showing up in a lot of my cards these days!! I love how it easily coordinates with so many other colours in our collections, and how bright and cheery it is. Today I have used it with Rich Razzleberry and Pear Pizzazz for my card.
