Connie's Craft Along - Easy Summer Crafting

It’s summer and the crafting is easy. Connie’s Craft Along is sharing easy layouts for crafting pretty cards that are easy to create, but you can always step them up with additional layers or techniques. This is a starting point to inspire your crafting, and ends with a lovely handmade card, so grab some cardstock, patterned paper, stamps and ink and lets craft!

I used the Country Lace Designer Series Paper for this card. I love the neutral patterns in this paper. It adds texture and interest, but doesn’t get in the way of other elements on the card.

I used the wonderful Countryside Inn DSP for the second card. There is definitely a blue theme going on today!

The cute little bird accent is from the Country Birdhouse bundle.
