Double Diamond Fun Fold

Today I have a fun fold card that has become popular recently. I have seen a number of samples from many other crafters and thought I would put my take on things today. These cards have an Easter sentiment, but you can use any sentiment, these are great cards for all year long.

The Details

Here are the pieces you need to create one of these cards. There are a number of pieces, but if you follow the steps in the video, they are not really difficult to create.

CB      - 5 ¼ x 4 ¼

c/s       - 4 x 10 score @ 5

DSP1 - 3 ¾ x 4 ¾

DSP2 - 3 ½ x 3 ½ (2) score diagonally

DSP3 - 1 x 12

DSP    - 2” circle

Basic White or Very Vanilla c/s – strip for sentiment

For this card I decided to use some punch art to decorate the front. I love the Tulip Builder punch for creating pretty spring tulips.

The belly band holds the card closed and creates some extra decoration for the front of the card. When you slide it off, there are more layers to this fun card.

The centre piece opens up to provide a place for you to write your message.
