Connie's Craft Along

Well that was an adventure! We always have so much fun at Connie’s Craft Along. Sometimes the cards come together beautifully, and sometimes they are . . . . more interesting!

It all started well, we were CASEing a card that is on page 44 of the July-December Mini Catalogue. I decided to use penguins for my card and it came together well.

I wanted to make a second card, so decided to get a bit creative with my choice of characters. I decided I would make a Christmas Ladybug.

Thanks to everyone for their help in creating this fun Christmas Ladybugs. You may notice the spots on them. Even though I was a #girlguidesofcanada leader for many years, I put the spots on the body instead of the wings. I realize now though that while ladybugs have spots on their wings, Christmas Ladybugs have their spots on their body.

That is my story and I’m sticking with it. LOL
