Hand Penned Birthday

A friend was celebrating a special birthday, so I wanted to give her a special card. The Hand Penned Bundle was perfect for the occasion.

I used Fresh Freesia and Polished Pink for the card, pretty summer colours. The flower and overlay are cut with the Penned Flowers Dies, the sentiment is from Biggest Wish, and the ‘65’ is cut from the Playful Alphabet Dies.

I love the pretty detail in the flower dies, and the added dimension of the Pretty Flowers embossed background.

I love the Biggest Wish stamp set, and the versatility to mix and match sentiment words stamped side by side, above and below, or over top of each other. Since this was a ‘special’ year, I had to include the numbers! Some Gold Gilded Gems added some sparkle and shine to finish the card.
