Nature's Thoughts

Nature’s Thoughts is a die set in the annual catalogue that coordinates with the Positive Thoughts stamp set. Today I used only the dies, as I wanted to make a card with very little stamping - just for something different!

The pink flower is cut from a piece of DSP from the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper, and the flower centre is Cherry Cobbler cardstock. The small leaves are Pear Pizzazz cardstock, and cut with the Cherry Blossoms dies.
My background DSP is also from the Peony Garden DSP, and is mounted on Cherry Cobbler cardstock the is embossed with the Parisian Flourish 3D folder. My card base is Petal Pink.
The sentiment is from the Posted For You stamp set, I used Cherry Cobbler ink to stamp on a piece of the DSP.
The Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon, and Clear Rhinestones make my card sparkle.

While stamped and die cut images are fantastic, sometimes it is fun to change it up. The dies for the leaves and flower centre have so much texture they don’t need any ink to make them interesting.
