House In The Woods

A friend of mine moved to Cape Breton this summer. She and her husband bought a house on several acres of land, in the woods. Perhaps not to everyones tastes, but it suits them.

I used the Snow Front stamp set to create my house in the woods. I stamped in Shaded Spruce, Misty Moonlight and Merry Merlot ink. This is layered on a Pumpkin Pie frame.
My backdrop is 4 pieces of Merry Merlot cardstock, embossed with the Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folders. These are also layered on Pumpkin Pie.
The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set. I cut the 2 rows of words into seperate stamps so my sentiment for this card is just ‘Thinking of You’

I have only seen a few pictures of her new home, but this card makes me think of her.
