Feels Like a Fancy Birthday

The Feels Like Frost 6 x 6 Specialty Designer Series Paper is a returning favourite in the mini catalogue. I loved it last year, and I love it again this year! There are some beautiful photo images, some frosty scenes, and the other side of each sheet features silver foil patterns.

I made this card for the Global Design Project Challenge; using Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Misty Moonlight.

I used Highland Heather for my card base, Misty Moonlight for my background frames around my SDSP, and Balmy Blue on my centre piece. My sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set, stamped in Misty Moonlight ink, and cut out with one of the Tasteful Labels dies. I used the Dandelion Wishes stamp set to add some Balmy Blue stamping to my backdrop for my sentiment.
I finished it off with some Blue Adhesive Backed Gems that I absolutely love!

I wanted to make a fancy fold card, so I decided on a Tri-fold pattern. I really like this layout for a card because I like the way it stands and displays when open.
