Healing Vibes

Last night a group of us got together to Craft and Chatter. It was great fun to get together apart, using Zoom. With our new physical distancing in place it is really nice to stay connected with other crafters, and this was a great way to do it. We crafted and chatted, it wasn’t formal, and we each did our own thing, it was just so nice to see everyone and catch up. This is one of the cards I made while we were chatting.

I used the Healing Hugs stamp set, and stamped the little flower spray in Pear Pizzazz, in a circle pattern using my Stamparatus. This is not how I would typically use this stamp, but I wanted to try something different, and I think it makes a nice backdrop for my butterfly. The butterfly is from Positive Thoughts stamp set, and I fussy cut it with a border, so it wasn’t too ‘fussy’ to cut! The butterfly and the sentiment are stamped in Terracotta Tile ink. I added a few Gold Metallic Pearly to finish it off.

I’m sending it to a friend that needs some healing vibes right now, but I got some healing vibes while I made the card, spending time with crafting friends. It was a great night!
