Sometimes We All Miss

Sometimes we all miss a birthday. Life can be hectic and we may not get a card sent or delivered in time for that special day. That doesn’t mean we can’t still send a card to let someone know we were thinking of them and hope their day was special. Here is a card for just such an occasion.

The sentiment for this card is from Itty Bitty Birthdays. It is a fantastic stamp set that covers everything birthday, and several of the sentiments can be used for various occasions other than birthdays.
I used lots of the new In Colour Pretty Peacock on my card. The butterflies are from the Butterfly Gala stamp set, stamped in Pretty Peacock on Pineapple Punch card stock, punched out with the Butterfly Duet punch. The backdrop is Pretty Peacock card stock, embossed with the Tin Tile 3D folder. I also added some Pretty Peacock 1/2” Scalloped Linen Ribbon to mount my sentiment on, after I cut it out with a circle from the Stitched Shapes dies. I used Pineapple Punch for the card base, and finished off the card with some Clear Rhinestones.
