Thanks - - for the sketch!!
It’s CAS(E) This Sketch time, and I made a thank you card. People seem to be more casual about sending thank you cards and notes these days, so it is a great way to show how much you appreciate someone, or something they did, and so easy with a beautiful hand made card.
I made this card using the sketch this week from CAS(E) This Sketch. Here is the sketch for us to play along with.
This card uses some of the DSP from All My Love, which will retire soon. This paper is so pretty, I wanted to make sure I used it again before the end of the month! I mounted my strips of DSP on a piece of Flirty Flamingo card stock that I had lightly sponged with a sponge dauber. This gives it just a bit of texture and marbeling type of look.
The Thanks is cut with the Well Written Framelits in Lovely Lipstick, and Gold Foil, then layered together. The shadow effect makes the word pop, and nothing says festive like shiny gold paper!!
