Donating Cards

Everyone loves to get snail mail - that isn’t a bill these days. So few people send cards, and it is such an easy way to brighten someone’s day. The Pastor at my church is fantastic at staying in touch with people, so I make Thinking of You and Hello type cards for him to send. I love donating a stack of cards to the church and knowing they will bright so many peoples day. I’m truly grateful that he takes the time to stay in touch with people, and love to do my part to help with that.

This card was easy to make, but sends a big message to let someone know we are thinking of them. I cut the flowers using the Springtime Impressions Thinlits and Lovely Lipstick card stock. The sentiment is from the Another Wonderful Year stamp set. This set has 11 great stamps to cover a wide variety of events. I used a piece of the Tropical Escape 6x6 DSP in soft Blushing Bride to soften to boldness of the Lovely Lipstick.
