Saving Christmas
Have you made beautiful hand made Christmas cards for your friends and family? It isn’t too late to start, and I have just the card to help you get your cards made - - Pretty and Quick!
The layout for this card is very simple, some coloured card stock for the top, Real Red on my card, (4 x 2 3/4) some DSP for the bottom, Under the Mistletoe here, (4 x 2 1/2) and a ribbon of white card stock in the middle. (4 x 1) A sentiment that is cut out and popped up with dimensionals, and the card is done. Pretty, quick, hand made and filled with love.
I used stamps from the Merry Christmas To All set. I used both the ivy stamps, mounted together and stamped 3 times across my white band. The stamps are easy to mount close together on one block, and since they are clear photopolymer it is easy to stamp them side by side. I sponged the edge of my greeting to make it really pop on my card.
If you don’t have the same supplies I have used for this card, you can use whatever you have on hand. Just CASE (Create And Share Everything) my layout, adding your own products and touches.
You can make lots of cards like this in a relatively short period of time, and still show your friends and family how much you card by giving them a hand made card.
