Tag, You're It
When I sat in my craft studio to create the projects for today’s post, I just wanted to make some tags. We are at the point where we are wrapping and tagging gifts to go under the tree, so here are some gift tags to inspire your crafting.
I started with the Merry & Bright stamp from the stamp set in the Christmas Traditions Punch Box. There are 6 great stamps, and I love the shape of the coordinating Christmas Traditions Punch. I framed the stamped image with Merry Merlot cardstock, punched with the same punch and cut in half. I mounted the stamped piece on a piece of Foil Sheet that had been die cut with the Layering Ovals. Ribbon toppers and I had two lovely tags ready to go.
Next I thought I would make some tags with the Gingerbread Man from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set. When I opened the case to get the stamp out, my eye fell to the reindeer. I love him! Then I thought about using the Santa stamp. I couldn’t decide, so I used all three, and now I have a whole plate of cookies!! The backing looks black, or dard brown in my photo, but it is actually Silver Foil paper that I used. I used the Layering Circle dies to complete the cookie look.
Pass the cookies please!
