Connie's Craft Along - More Fun With Scraps

In a recent post I shared some cards that were great for using Designer Series Paper scraps. I decided to keep the theme going at Connie’s Craft Along.

As crafters we always seem to have lots of small pieces and scraps of both DSP and Cardstock, so these cards are perfect for using them up.

Start by cutting your DSP into strips or blocks. They can be any size, but I try to do a few the same size, especially in the same pattern. Next, cut some cardstock in a coordinating colour that is 1/4 inch larger than your DSP pieces. Adhere the DSP to the cardstock, and then you are ready to play!

You can assemble these any way you like, and make your cards portrait or landscape. There are no rules, and anything can make a great card.

You can punch, die cut, or just use strips for your sentiments, again, anything goes!

Just a bit of a warning - once you start on these, it can be hard to stop! They are so much fun to make.
